The Course is located just a couple of miles from the City of Chester with easy access from the M56, M53 and A41, click here to find us. Upton by Chester Golf Club has been described as a Jewel in the Crown of this historic city and since its conception in 1934 has seen many changes, which have developed our facility in to what is now a beautiful 18 hole parkland course with tree lined fairways and USGA standard greens providing a good test for any golfer's full repertoire of shots.

The Clubhouse is situated with excellent views of the 1st tee and 18th green and fantastic aspects of the whole course from the balcony. Recently renovated, it is well appointed & comfortable with a warm, friendly atmosphere. We provide excellent bar snacks and meals throughout the day with a restaurant service in the evening. Our hospitality facilities accommodate Corporate, Private Receptions, Meetings & Training.

Visitors and Societies are welcome throughout the week and weekends - available tee times permitting. Why not complement your golfing experience with a meal in our Clubhouse and the use of our facility & bar for your prize presentations afterwards.
